Information about art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/2003 "Code about protection of personal data"

We inform you hereby the subscriber that the law ordinance n. 196/2003 plans the protection of people and other subjects about the treatment of personal information. In accordance with the mentioned laws, this treatment will be under the accuracy, lawfulness and transparency protecting the privacy and the rights of the subscriber. The following information are given in accordance with the article 13 of the loyal ordinance n. 196/2003. The treatment that we intend to offer has the following goals:
a) it has the purpose to carry out, to manage and to provide the services also by informing our suppliers; to respect laws or any other compliances requested by the competent authorities
b) it will be done by pc or by hand
c) the information won't be widespread to any other subjects without asking explicitly the your agreement (of the subscriber)

We also inform you that the requested information are essential but not compulsory and in case you do not agree to widespread them, there will be any consequences for you but this could mean that the fulfilment of the obligations of Seaz s.r.l. to offer the requested service will not be reached. The owner of the treatment is Seaz s.r.l. located in Largo Europa 1, 12042 Bra where you can address to, to stake your claims following the article 7 of the law n. 196/2003:

Art. 7 Right to have access to personal information and other rights.

1) The requesting person has the right to know if there are information concerning him, even if they are not registered and to widespread them in a clear and correct way.

2) The requesting person has the right to know:
a) the origin of the personal information
b) the aims and the way of the treatment
c) the method used to store information
d) further information about the owner of the company
e) other recipients information can be communicated to

3) The involved person has the right to obtain:
a) the updating or to make addenda
b) to cancel or to make anonymous the given information
c) the confirmation that the updating and the cancellation of the given information have been sent to all the requesting people

4) The involved person can oppose :
a) because of reasons connected to personal information
b) to receive advertising media/direct sell or marketing research/commercial communication
